Introduction of blades

Flat knife: suitable for stripping flat wire
V knife: suitable for the outer diameter of 4.0mm or thicker wire, the size can be adjusted
Cutter : Straighten the head of the thread
Round knife: suitable for all round lines, the blade size is 2.0-14mm, 2.0-10mm interval 
0.5mm blade, 10.0-14mm blade, need to provide wire outer diameter
Counter knife: thinner wire
Semi-circular butt-knife: common fork-shaped v-knife and round-knife peeling due to the asymmetric force, when processing the wire with thin skin and long stripping length, the inner core is often scratched. It is difficult to align the knife edge, which seriously affects production efficiency

There are three types material for wire cutting stripping machine bladed : 
white steel (hardness 58), high-speed steel (hardness 68), and tungsten steel (hardness 88). 
The blades are all finely ground by a grinder, and the quality is guaranteed.
If you don't know what to use For material, please consult customer service.
The hardness of tungsten steel is relatively high, it is not recommended to use tungsten steel for hard wire.

Special note: The tungsten steel material is very hard and very brittle. Please DO NOT DROP IT when installing it! 
It may be broken when it is installed, but if it is installed, the life of the ordinary material is more than 3 times
